What we store

• Your email address (used to sign in and for support)
• Your Stripe customer ID (used for refunds and access management)
• Query logs: domain queried, timestamp, truncated IP (for rate limiting and abuse detection, retained 30 days)

What we don't store

• Payment card numbers (handled entirely by Stripe)
• Your name, company, phone, or any profile data
• Cookies beyond what Firebase Auth requires to keep you signed in
• Analytics or ad tracking of any kind

Who we share with

Nobody, except our three subprocessors: Stripe (payments), Firebase (authentication), and our hosting provider. We do not sell, rent, or license any customer data.

Delete my data

Email privacy@microcrawl.com from your registered address. We delete your account, Firebase user, and Stripe customer record within 7 days. Deleting your account does not refund your purchase — all sales are final.
