1. What you\'re buying

A one-time fee of $99 grants you lifetime access to the Microcrawl web application for personal and internal business research. Access is tied to the email address used at checkout.

2. Fair use

"Unlimited" queries are subject to rate limits (currently 60/min and 10,000/day per account, 120/min per IP). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exceed these limits or appear to be scraping. Reselling, redistributing, or exposing access via a third-party API is not permitted.

3. Data

Backlink data is derived from public web-graph datasets. Microcrawl provides this data "as-is" and makes no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or freshness.

4. No refunds

All sales are final. Because a single lookup can deliver the full value of the product, we do not offer refunds. Please use the free demo on the home page before buying to confirm the product fits your needs.

5. Termination

We may terminate access for violations of fair use or applicable law. No refunds are issued on termination.

6. Liability

Microcrawl's total liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for lost business, lost data, or any indirect damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days in advance.
